• Tickets are only valid for the selected date and time.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Tickets can only be purchased online using a valid Visa / Mastercard / Tabby / Tamara. (Tabby and Tamara options valid only for GCC Tabby & Tamara Card Holders)
• Arrive on time for a smooth and hassle-free experience.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
• Large bags, strollers, sharp objects, and electronics must be stored at the designated counter.
• Edge Walk Participation Requirements:
  • Age: 12 – 65 (Guests under 18 need in-person parental consent).
  • Weight: 30 – 120 kg.
  • Height: 130 – 200 cm.
  • Appropriate clothing is required—avoid high heels and flip-flops.
  • Wearing a safety uniform is mandatory.
• Not permitted for guests who:
  • Are pregnant.
  • Have pre-existing physical injuries or medical conditions requiring immediate attention.
  • Have mental or physical conditions that may affect their ability to complete the experience.
  • Are under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication that impairs judgment.
• Edge Walk may be canceled or rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions.
• Both attractions must be visited on the same day—At the Top as per your scheduled time, and Edge Walk anytime during operating hours.
• Emaar reserves the right to:
  • Modify entry timings, ticket prices, or close attractions without prior notice.
  • Refuse entry to individuals posing a safety risk or behaving inappropriately.
  • Require all visitors to pass through security screenings.
• Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.
• Emaar is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
• Weather conditions may affect visibility, and refunds will not be provided.
