• Sharp objects and certain electronics must be checked in at the security counter.
• Tickets can only be purchased online using a valid Visa / Mastercard / Tabby / Tamara. (Tabby and Tamara options valid only for GCC Tabby & Tamara Card Holders)
• Once purchased, a booking confirmation will be sent via email.
• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, even if lost or damaged.
• Entry timings may change without prior notice.
• Emaar may close At The Top for safety reasons or other circumstances without prior notice.
• Ticket prices may change at any time. A price drop does not qualify for a refund.
