• Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified.
• Children under 3 years enter free.
• An adult must accompany guests under 16 years.
• Please arrive on time to enjoy a smooth experience.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
• Large bags and strollers must be stored at the baggage counter.
• Sharp objects and certain electronics must be checked in at the security counter.
• Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended. For Sky Views Observatory, avoid high heels and flip-flops for safety reasons.
• Not suitable for pregnant guests.
• Both attractions must be visited on the same day:
  • At The Top visit must be at the scheduled time.
  • Sky Views Observatory can be visited at any time during operating hours.

Booking & Refund Policy

• Tickets can only be purchased online using a valid Visa / Mastercard / Tabby / Tamara. (Tabby and Tamara options valid only for GCC Tabby & Tamara Card Holders)
• Once purchased, a booking confirmation will be sent via email.
• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, even if lost or damaged.
• Entry times may change without prior notice.
• At The Top may close for safety or operational reasons without prior notice.
• Ticket prices may change at any time; no refunds will be given if prices decrease.

• All visitors and belongings are subject to security checks, including x-ray scans and bag inspections.
• Emaar reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who:
  • Has a criminal record or poses a safety risk.
  • Uses offensive, abusive, or threatening language.
• Emaar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Please keep personal items with you at all times.
• Weather conditions may affect visibility, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.
