- Tickets can only be purchased online using a valid Visa / Mastercard / Tabby / Tamara. (Tabby and Tamara options valid only for GCC Tabby & Tamara Card Holders)
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful purchase.
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the selected date and time. Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.

- All visitors must pass a security check before entry, including bag inspections and x-ray screenings.
