Terms & Conditions
- Arrive 20-30 minutes before your scheduled visit to ensure a smooth experience.
- Weight limit: 30 – 150kg | Height requirement: 120 cm – 200 cm.
- One slide per ticket.
- Dress comfortably—closed-toe shoes are required. No skirts, dresses, high heels, flip-flops, or loose footwear.
- Not permitted if you:
- Are pregnant.
- Have existing or recurring physical injuries.
- Are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication affecting judgment.
- Have medical conditions requiring immediate attention.
- Have physical or mental conditions that may interfere with completing the experience.
- The Edge Walk Experience may be canceled or rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions without prior notice.
- Ticket prices and entry timings are subject to change without prior notice or liability.
- Tickets can only be purchased online using a valid Visa / Mastercard / Tabby / Tamara. (Tabby and Tamara options valid only for GCC Tabby & Tamara Card Holders)
- Booking Confirmation is valid only for the specified date and time and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or reissued if lost or damaged.
- Emaar reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who:
- Pose a safety risk.
- Have a criminal record.
- Use offensive, abusive, or threatening language.
- All guests must pass a security check (x-ray and bag inspections) before entry.
- Guests are responsible for their belongings. Emaar is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Weather conditions may impact visibility, and refunds will not be provided.
