Terms & Conditions

• Age requirement: 12 – 65 years (Under 18s need in-person parental consent).
• Weight limit: 30 – 120kg | Height requirement: 130 – 200cm.
• Dress code: Wear comfortable casual clothing and closed-toe shoes. Avoid high heels, flip-flops, or loose footwear.
• Safety uniform must be worn at all times.
• Not permitted for guests who:
  • Have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical/mental health concerns that may affect participation.
  • Are pregnant.
  • Are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication affecting judgment.
• The experience may be canceled or rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions without prior notice.
• Entry times and ticket prices are subject to change without notice.
• Tickets must be purchased online using a valid Mastercard or Visa credit card.
• Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or reissued if lost or damaged.
• Emaar reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who:
  • Pose a safety risk or have a criminal record.
  • Use offensive, abusive, or threatening language.
• All guests must pass a security check (including x-ray and bag inspections).
• Guests are responsible for their belongings. Emaar is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Weather conditions may affect visibility, and refunds will not be provided.
